0165(2)(a) in the living room - the electrical resistant outlet had small plastic covers that can be risk of chocking hazard = corrected on-site 5/18/2023. 0165(3)(c) in the outdoor area - the AC unit is accessible to child care children; the inside blades can project items back from the fan. 0165(3)(f) in the child care room - the cubbies/fine motor shelf needs to be secure to the wall to prevent from falling on a child care children.
